The problem: Meeting trade requirements for EDI

Following a successful launch and strong growth in the B2C and e-commerce business, wasserneutral soon reached another milestone: permanent listing in the core product range of Edeka, Budni, Alnatura, Müller, and other retailers.

However, this presented the team with a challenge. Numerous retail partners demanded a digital connection via EDI (electronic data interchange) in order to be able to transmit orders, delivery notes, and invoices digitally.
